Fabric: We have all kind of knitted and woven fabrics and continually we are in research and development of new fabrics. We also import functional fabrics for the high performance activities along with all accessories. These fabrics are available with different finishes, Breathable, PA / PU Coating, Milky Coating, Teflon, Quick Dry, Antibacterial, UV Protection, Antistatic, CIRE. Embroidery / Printing: We have in house facility for the embroidery, etching work and also the accurate printing process such as sublimation, foil, flock, transfer and direct Printing. That‘s why we can better control all the aspects of quality and can meet with the delivery deadlines. Our Product line: We are producing Track suit, Jogging Suit, Hoodies, Coach Jacket, Body Warmer Jacket, Rain Jacket, Polo Shirt, Sweat Shirt, T-Shirt, Trouser, Short, Sports Bibs, Baseball Kit, Rugby Kit, Field Hockey Kit, Basket Ball Kit, Soccer Kit, Cricket Kit, Customized Uniforms and Accessories. We are working with brand names, departmental stores, whole sellers and team sports companies as well as clubs. We are capable to handle big orders and small orders. Sampling: We can accept styles from you by original samples or specification sheets. Our designer will translate them to our pattern makers and make sure all samples finished are meet customer's requirements. We have an efficient sampling team. All samples can be finished within 8-10 days. They have extensive experience in dealing with most fabrics and styles. Quality Control: We have managed ISO 9001:2000 quality control system. We have strong production capacity with high flexibility. Currently we have an output of 30,000 - 40,000 units apparels every month. To ensure high quality products, we have set up strictly quality audit system from receipt of orders to finished production based on our years and years of garment manufacture experience. So customers do not need to worry about even for small detail s: we make sure buttons not come off; all thread is trimmed carefully; all dimensions can do within tolerance of 1cm; all fabrics are not fading; zippers do not broken. We check through every critical stage: review spec sheet, fit sample, fabric and accessory, pre-production sample, shipment sample and on production line audit. The reports have to finished for every style of garments during manufacture stage to make sure good quality gain all the time, and all potential problems are solved before shipping.
